	Marine Subsea Since our establishment in late 2006, Marine Subsea has enjoyed a remarkable development and is currently operating in Angola and Republic of Congo. Offshore Angola comprises one of the most prosperous oil provinces in the world, and the fleet of vessels we have acquired fits this market nicely. As two of our owners have an almost 30-year history of successful business in this region, Marine Subsea is able to benefit from their long-standing presence and in-depth knowledge of local infrastructure and markets. Marine Subsea currently operates in three business segments, Drilling, Intervention and Offshore Support. To service these markets, Marine Subsea ha s embarked on an ambitious new-build program. We currently have two vessels in operation and six vessels under construction with forecasted deliveries from third quarter 2008 to year-end 2010. Interoil Angola Lda., an oil and gas service company was acquired in March 2008, based in Luanda, Angola, where most of our vessels will be operating from. The intervention business segment, which includes the vital and profitable area of well intervention, was consolidated with the acquisition of Lewis Ltd., an engineering and consultancy company based in Aberdeen, Scotland.
